Payment Terms: Payment due at event. For events $1,000 or more, a non-refundable 25% deposit is due 60 days prior to event date.
Payment by check is preferred (Make check payable to “Holly Hopkins”. Otherwise, cash or credit card (3.5% will be added to total if paying by credit card).
Cancellation Terms: HHJazz understands plans can change. Please do consider the musicians if and when this occurs. Since musicians turn down other opportunities, remittance of 50% as a cancellation fee for anything cancelled within two weeks of the event is needed and greatly appreciated.
